In the desktop app

Open Support inside TotalCrypter and use the same contact form fields as on this page (email, topic, message, consent). Messages go through the same secure channel as the website form. Do not paste passwords or payment card data.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic bundle (logs)

When we need to diagnose a crash or odd automation behavior, a small ZIP of log files plus a few facts (Windows version, display scaling, app version) is enough. Follow the step-by-step list so you do not accidentally attach secrets such as Telegram tokens from totalcrypter_settings.json.

Common issues

  • Validate setup fails — missing PNG templates under the active profile directory
  • Automation never starts — rerun system check, confirm correct monitor index, ensure the game window is reachable
  • Chest counter stays empty — revisit OCR region on the chest banner; verify From/Source labels in the UI
  • SmartScreen warnings — expected for some independent builds; only trust downloads from totalcrypter.com (see Get started)
