Where calibration lives (5.1)
Open Autocrypter in the sidebar, then the Calibration tab. Profiles creates and switches layouts; Setup runs the guided assistant; Edit fixes individual captures without restarting from zero.
When you create an empty profile, choose inherit standard visuals if your UI matches the default theme — you only re-capture coordinates and regions. That is the fastest path to a production profile on a typical PC.
One profile per physical layout
Browser zoom, Windows display scaling, and monitor index move pixels. Do not overwrite a working profile when one of those changes — add a new profile and validate. Sharing one JSON profile across different PCs often causes false positives.
Capture under real conditions
Shoot crypt-level, boost, and slider templates with the same brightness, UI skin, and window size you use for paid runs. Seasonal themes and night modes shift colours enough to break matching — recalibrate when the game skin changes.
Validate before unattended spend
Run Validate setup and the quick test after every profile copy, GPU driver update, or game patch. Missing PNGs in the profile folder is still the top failure — the system check exists so you catch that before tokens move.
Regions: tight enough, not brittle
Click regions need a modest margin around moving chrome. Hairline crops fail first when the window shifts a few pixels — especially on 125–150% scaling.
After validation: run with visibility
Keep start/stop reachable — main window or a mini tool window from the action bar. Long sessions without status visibility are how small drifts become expensive surprises.
